Nannyplus was established in 2001, by Di Williams, with the sole aim of achieving the difference in childcare. Di is passionate that staff at Nannyplus will take the time to listen to the needs of clients and candidates in order to provide a solution that matches and exceeds the needs of families and candidates alike.

In order to achieve this, staff offer to meet every client in their home in order to learn first hand of their needs.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Di has enjoyed a career in HR at senior levels. As a working mum she is fully aware of the demands experienced in juggling the demands of life coupled with the needs of the modern family. Having relocated around the UK and lived and worked abroad, she is vastly experienced with the need for excellent childcare.

The agency embodies all elements of best practice throughout the recruitment process. It has the facility to provide CRB checks; all candidates are personally interviewed and thoroughly reference checked. We operate to the FRES code of practice as recommended by the Federation of Recruitment and Employment Services (FRES).
