Fees

Fee Structure - August 2010

Our schedule of fees is all-inclusive with no hidden extras. We do not charge VAT.
The charge is only applicable on successful placement of a candidate.
MINIMUM FEE FOR ALL CONTRACTS IS EITHER £300 OR % OF EARNINGS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Excludes maternity, babysitting and temporary posts.
The agency reserves the right to charge £150 In the event that a firm booking is cancelled.

Maternity Nanny**
(fee payable to nanny)

From £12.00 per hour gross**
Note:  Maternity Nannies commit to a firm commencement date, in the event of your baby being late, 50% of each weeks salary is chargeable by the Maternity Nanny until commencement. Typically Maternity Nannies request 1 week’s salary as a deposit.

Maternity Nanny booking arrangement fee £15 per night
Minimum fee for all contracts £300
Daily Weddings and events.
Min 4 hours per session

£150 arrangement fees for up to 2 staff, thereafter £20 each additional member. All additional resources/activities at client cost.
Hourly rate payable to Sitter, £10.00 per hour.
Note:  Sitter is responsible for Tax and National insurance
Mileage charged at .40p per mile
Deposit in advance to hold booking
Minimum 4 hours per session

Baby sitting – hotels and external functions

£25 per booking
£10 per hour payable to sitter. Min 4 hours.

Babysitting Fee £11.00

In the event of any Applicant, and or the Client lawfully terminating the engagement and the applicant leaving the employment with in 8 weeks of the date upon which the applicant commenced work for the Client, then the Client will receive a free replacement guarantee. This means that every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement with out any further charge providing payment has been received in full.

Should a placement not work out through no fault of the employee, during the initial employment period, the agency will revert to charging as though the employee were a temporary placement.

 
Baby Sitting

The baby-sitting fee £11 applies to occasional childcare on a non-permanent basis.  It does not include regular arrangements or hours over 10 per week or for consecutive days/evenings.  This fee entitles you to 1 booking. The cheque should be made Young boypayable to Nannyplus Childcare Ltd and must be paid in advance.  

Please be aware that Babysitters require as much notice as possible.  Over festive periods/special dates they may not be available / and or charge a premium.

Babysitters’ rates are from £7.00 per hour.  It is the responsibility of the Babysitter to pay Tax and National Insurance from this rate. Babysitters charge a minimum of 4 hours per session and include a max of 3 children.

Exclusive advertising is agreed with the client in advance and is invoiced at cost only.
Note – The agency reserves the right to amend the fee structure periodically.
