"From start to finish, I have not been treated ‘just as a number’. When I made my first telephone call, Di was enthusiastic and encouraging. We arranged to meet; I couldn’t make the first appointment that was suggested, so we met one evening after I had finished work.
Di took the time to listen to what I wanted; she is very thorough, asking me lots of questions to find out about my experience and history.
She guided me on how to present my folder, and pointed out areas that I needed to update.
I had shown interest in a particular nannying post, and my details were forwarded with in days to the family. After being shortlisted I was given a detailed job description before going to the interview – it was really useful and gave me a good understanding of the post, so many other agencies just send you to interview and you haven’t got a clue about the job – this job description was very detailed.
Within two weeks, I was at final interview stage; again, Di ran through the details of the next interview, at all times, I felt that I could call her to discuss anything. But the best bit is that I got the job! its brilliant and I couldn’t wish for more. Di has kept in touch and has been there to answer my questions – no matter how daft they seem sometimes.
