Other agencies will generally send you lots of CV's in the post and expect you to wade through them all. At Nannyplus we provide you with a select short list of suitable candidates, together with a personal Portfolio Pack for each one. The Pack contains all you need to know about the candidate including their qualifications and experience but also, importantly, it provides an insight into the candidate’s personality and their individual views and approach to child care.
Once you have selected candidates for interview our friendly and professional team will support you through the entire recruitment process. We can also provide advice on interviewing, recruitment law, working conditions, salary packages, contracts of employment and statutory obligations.
At Nannyplus we only recruit the very best candidates. The majority of our Nannies, Housekeepers, Mothers Helps and Nursery nurses hold NNEB or similar qualifications.
Our vetting procedure is extremely thorough. We ensure that a suitably experienced member of staff, personally interviews each candidate for a minimum of 1 hour, see recruitment process.
We personally follow up on 2 references, and check all ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION. We investigate gaps in employment history, and will take the time to advise and counsel candidates on their suitability for positions. We know it’s in everyone’s best interest to be as thorough and dedicated in this process, in order to ensure satisfaction to both clients and candidates.
Security is of course our No. 1 concern and our service guarantees the highest standards of reference checking and efficiency. We advise that all of our candidates are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). We have the facility to undertake these checks on your behalf.
We actively encourage all our nannies to register under the new Government childcare initiative, which could result in financial gain for you as an employer.
